About meHello, I am a professional photojournalist working for magazines and newspapers. AS well I teach photography to photographers and those aspiring to find their way to a more professional level. My background is very international. My work has been published in magazines such as People, National Geographic, Laif Magazine Germany and way too many to name here. My Master's degree is from Ohio University Scripp's School of Visual Communications, I was producer with Direck Halstead of the Platypus Workshops, with David Hiser of National Geographic and I continue to teach photography workshops and offer photography coaching. Photography is my full-time career and has been since the 1990's when I began working for Agence France Presse in Guatemala. http://www.BorkgrenPhoto.net When I'm in Eugene Oregon I would like to do more personal work and invite models to look me up. I don't really do nudes although I do shoot some boudoir in creative ways. Holly was one of the great models who posed for some of my boudoir first shoots. http://www.oolalaboudoir.wordpress.com There are times when I need a model for an assignment, as I did last year for Golf Magazine. It would be nice to have people lined up and know beforehand. My policy is if I am getting paid you are getting paid. If you are interested in professional photography shots for a portfolio I can talk with you about your ideas and how you want to promote yourself. My prices are fair and I add the prints so that you will be getting the best quality printing. However, I can only work with extremely reliable folks who show up on time and are ready to work. I am real easy to work with and have fun but I do have a couple of boundaries and shouldn't even need to say these but here they are: 1. Being on time, 2. Smokers (just can't do it) 3.People who cannot talk on the phone. Sometimes phoning is much easier than any other method for clarity. 3. People who are afraid of animals Sherrlyn has 3 Friends
